GiGiFIT Bootcamp

2020 was a year like no other – and thorugh the limitations and stress that the year brought on, it was easy to lose confidence and morale. The GiGiFIT Bootcamp will help you re-build your confidence and motivation though fitness and healthy lifestyle choices all while getting ready to MOVE on June 5, 2021 for the GiGiFIT Acceptance Challenge!   


What is GiGiFIT Bootcamp? 

Every month GiGiFITBootcamp will be highlighting a specific workout regimen or healthy lifestyle tip that will keep you healthy and confident.!  

Each month of bootcamp will be sponsored by a partner organization within the health and wellness industry. Active participation will provide you with incentives such as: discounts on sponsor products, and other prizes related to fitness and healthy habits.  

GiGiFIT Bootcamp is providing workout regimens and healthy lifestyle tips through the GiGiFIT At Home Platform.   

Don’t forget to track your fitness leading up to the event. Platforms such as Strava, Fitbit, and Map My Run will allow you to reach your fitness goals! 

Participation in GiGiFIT Bootcamp is COMPLETELY OPTIONAL. GiGiFIT Bootcamp is a way to stay engaged with a healthy lifestyle through the first half of 2021. If you'd prefer to participate in only the GiGiFIT Acceptance Challenge, we're happy to have you – this is an event for ALL!
