Amy and her husband have four children, two with Down syndrome.  When Amy learned that 70-85% of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities are unemployed, she became an advocate for her children and others.  Amy and her husband opened up a coffee shop called, Bitty &amp; Beau&#8217;s, in honor of her two children living with Down syndrome.  You might be asking yourself, &#8220;What is so great about this coffee shop?&#8221;  Well, Bitty &amp; Beau&#8217;s employs applicants who are also living with a disability.  Customers have said that there is no other coffee shop as warmhearted and welcoming as Bitty and Beau&#8217;s.  Amy saw a problem and she made a positive effort to tackle it head on.
