Walk Away the Pounds

An event every week that begins at 10:00am on Tuesday, repeating until July 30, 2019
You are invited to participate in our new fitness class. The class is open to the public and is free.
We will be stepping up in classes that support health, weight and fitness levels. Walk Away the Pounds is a program designed by fitness personality, Leslie Sansone. In class, people watch a video of her directing them when and how to step. Sansome shouts out encouragement and congratulations as the group goes through the routine. You can choose to do 1, 2 or 3 miles. People can participate at any fitness level.
