Celebrating McKenna’s Best of All

This month, we are thrilled to highlight McKenna, a shining star in our GiGi’s Playhouse Fargo family! At just 9 years old, McKenna radiates positivity, determination, and kindness in every program she attends. Whether she’s at GiGiFIT, GiGi’s Kitchen Kids, tutoring, or special events, McKenna lights up the Playhouse with her energy and enthusiasm.

McKenna has a remarkable ability to stay focused and give her best effort, no matter the challenge. Her tutor, Megan, admires her hard work and dedication—even after a long day at school. McKenna’s manners, thoughtfulness, and optimism make her a joy to be around, and we couldn’t be prouder to celebrate her as our Best of All participant this month!

Meet McKenna

💃 What do you enjoy doing?
“I enjoy dancing, gymnastics, singing, cooking, and playing with my little sister, Blakely!”

📚 What programs do you participate in at GiGi’s?
“I go to GiGi’s Kitchen Kids and GiGiFIT! I love cooking because it has helped me follow recipes and be more independent at home. I’ve even tried new foods I thought I didn’t like! GiGiFIT has made me stronger so I can do better at gymnastics and dancing. I’m also part of the Literacy program and enjoy learning how to read books!”

💜 What do you enjoy most about coming to GiGi’s Playhouse?
“I enjoy greeting Courtney and making new friends!”

Favorite Moments

When we asked McKenna about her favorite memory at GiGi’s Playhouse, she said,
“My favorite memory is trying different foods!”

This adventurous spirit shows just how willing McKenna is to explore and grow in all that she does.
