Opened in January 2007, the restaurant&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; has a very contemporary, modern style with Japanese touches throughout. The cooks prepare your food right in front of you at the grills, or you can have a traditional meal at a table. Another dining option at Appare is to eat in one of their two authentic <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\">Japanese private rooms in the back where the servers will knock before entering and you sit on the floor.
