Teamwork. Exercise. Achievement. Motivation!

Our TEAM is halfway through their 10 week program and we are just amazed at their progress and success! Some of the dinners they have prepared have included turkey burgers, salads, tacos and homemade guacamole. Delicious! The adults have been introduced to a variety of exerises: yoga, Zumba, Crossfit and Jacob’s Ladder.

In addition to their weekly meetings, the adults are required to log their exercise minutes for the week. Last week they collectively logged over 2,000 minutes! WOW! This TEAM has been giving their Best of All each week. We are looking forward to seeing how they do in the last half of the program!

 

Goals of TEAM:

* Increase personal wellness, strength and endurance through participating in a variety of different types of fitness.

* Increase nutritional knowledge of food groups and portion control.

* Increase independent cooking skills and kitchen safety.

*Establish and maintain healthy habits.
