Destination Discovery (all ages)
Supports the development of fine motor skills, gross motor skills, social skills and language through purposeful play and peer to peer interaction in a casual and fun setting. This program also brings families together to share experiences and build relationships. Jon us on Saturday, March 21st from 10am-11:30am.

2 & Under (birth to 2 years old) 
Join us for some purposeful play with your little one and our team of amazing volunteer occupational therapists. Please RSVP by calling or emailing the Playhouse. Join us on Wednesday, March 18th from 10am-11am. 

LMNOP (birth-36 mos)
LMNOP is an interactive and engaging program designed to guide parents and young children through learning basic sign language and other forms of communication using music and language based activities. LMNOP is recommended for ages newborn-36 months. Please RSVP by calling or emailing the Playhouse. Join us on Saturday, March 28th from 10am-11am.

Leaps & Bounds (3-5 year olds)
This program focuses on the development of large and small muscle groups. Children will participate in fun and engaging activities that require movement and interaction with their development. Our Leaps & Bounds program is recommended for ages 3-5 year olds. Please RSVP by calling or emailing the Playhouse. Join us on Saturday, March 7th from 10am-11am.

Music Makers (5-10 year olds)
Music Makers uses creative musical play to support the development of memory, gross motor, cooperation, and expressive language skills. Participants will learn new songs, play rhythm instruments, move to music, and perform a song that they create together! Please RSVP by calling or emailing the Playhouse. Join us on Saturday, March 14th from 10am-11am. 

Playhouse Pals (5-8 year olds) 
Playhouse Pals supports the development of social skills and language through peer to peer interaction in a casual and fun setting. This program also supports gross motor skills through active games, as well as fine motor skills and self-help skills. Our Playhouse Pals program is recommended for ages 5-8 years old. Please RSVP by calling or emailing the Playhouse. Join us on Thursday, March 12th from 6-7pm.

Kids Club (8-12 year olds)
This program is designed to support the development of social skills and language through peer to peer interaction in a casual and fun setting! Kids Club supports gross motor skills through active games, fine motor and self-help skills through meal/snack preparation and activities. Our Kids Club program is recommended for 8-12 year olds. Please RSVP by calling or emailing the Playhouse. Join us on Thursday, March 12th from 6-7pm.

Teen Tastic (13-18 year olds)
Teen Tastic focuses on building social skills with friends without Down syndrome by participating in team-based activities in a casual and fun setting. Skill development includes understanding compromise, turn-taking, and problem solving abilities. Our Teen Tastic program is recommended for ages 13-18 years old. Please RSVP by calling or emailing the Playhouse. Join us on Friday, March 20th from 7-9pm.

Fantastic Friends (Adults)
Our Fantastic Friends program supports the development of social skills and language through peer to peer interaction in a casual fun setting. Along with their peers without Down syndrome, adult participants participate in the planning of activities so that group activities are based on personal interests. During Fantastic Friends, the group may participate in active games, dancing or exploring their local community by participating in outings and events. Fantastic Friends is recommended for ages 18 years and older. Please RSVP by calling or emailing the Playhouse. Join us on  Friday, March 27th from 7-9pm.

Games with Friends (Adults)
Offered the first and third Monday of each month from 4-6pm, our adults are welcome to join Brian, Sara, and Diane for some fun playing board games, card games, etc. A great opportunity to enhance math skills, teamwork, and following directions while hanging out with friends!

* Look for our reminder emails from Cleveland@gigisplayhouse.org within a week before your son or daughter’s program for the specific theme for the month. Please be sure to RSVP so our Leads can plan and prepare accordingly. Thank you!

Project Pulse (13-17 year olds)
Pre-registration required. Created and led by music therapist, Miss Mary, this is an energetic and social oriented program for individuals ages 13-17, utilizing the powerful tool of RHYTHM! Teens will have the opportunity to explore rhythm in a variety of ways and on a variety of surfaces – exercise balls, buckets, and body percussion, all while working towards a common goal of performing for friends and family at the end of the 8 week program. Individuals will partake in games, active music making, drumming to popular music, and make new friends along the way! Our first class of this 8 week program kicked off on Wednesday, January 15th from 6:30-7:30pm and runs until March 11th.

GiGiFIT (Adults)
Pre-registration required. Our FREE GiGiFIT programs combine physical therapy with a strong fitness focus and an ultimate goal of success and improved movement. GiGiFIT was created in collaboration with skilled Physical Therapists who work specifically with individuals with Down syndrome. GiGiFIT helps participants build strength, endurance, power, joint stability, balance, and movement control while empowering participants to be more independent and confident in their abilities, improving their overall health and wellness. We will be running two separate sessions this winter! Our first classes of this 12 week program kicked off on Monday, January 20th from 7:30-8:45pm and Tuesday, January 21st from 11:00am-12:15pm.
