Games with Friends is a social program for adults that focuses on fun team play, taking turns, and social skills. This program is offered the first and third Thursday of each month from 4:30-6:00pm.

Music Makers uses creative musical play to support the development of memory, gross motor, cooperation, and expressive language skills. Participants will learn new songs, play rhythm instruments, move to music, and perform a song that they create together! Recommended for ages 5-12 years old.

Supports the development of social skills and language through peer to peer interaction in a casual and fun setting. This program also supports gross motor skills through active games, as well as fine motor skills & self-help skills. Recommended for 5-8 year olds. Play = Fun + Learning  Destination Discovery supports the development of fine motor skills, gross motor skills, social skills and language through purposeful play and peer to peer interaction in a casual and fun setting. This program also brings families together to share experiences and build relationships.   Recommended for All Ages.

Currently being offered virtually, Language, Music N’ Our Peeps (LMNOP) guides parents and infants through learning basic sign language and through incorporating music and dance therapy into daily activities, to stimulate the child. Recommended for children 6-36 months old. Held the fourth Saturday of every month from 10-11am.

A fun purposeful & social gathering for adults with Down syndrome, their peers and the community. Supports the development of social skills and language through peer to peer interaction in a casual and fun setting. Recommended for Adults 18+.
