She is married to Ron, and together they have three amazing children: Christian, Jackson, and Anna. Their youngest, Anna, has Down syndrome, which has deeply in\ufb02uenced her passion for inclusive education and support for individuals with Down syndrome. Susi is deeply committed to ensuring that Anna can reach her full potential through inclusive education. She is equally passionate about helping other families of children with Down syndrome \ufb01nd the appropriate supports and resources they need. Susi holds both a bachelor\u2019s and master\u2019s degrees in biology from Jacksonville State University and has worked in the environmental sector for over 25 years.
