Virtual Teen Music (10-17 yrs)

Teen music offers a weekly 30-minute music therapy group for teens. Music therapy students and supervisors from Queens University will facilitate the weekly groups. During the groups, teens will have opportunities to engage in sing-alongs, do song discussion, participate in structured music/movement, and learn some music relaxation skills.
