At just 15 years old, Amelia is walking through one of life’s hardest journeys: her mother’s terminal cancer diagnosis. It’s a reality that would shake anyone, but Amelia? She faces it head-on with a fierce spirit and a heart full of love.

Those who know her know that Amelia is spicy. She’s sassy, lovable, and not afraid to speak her mind — and it’s exactly those traits that give her the tenacity to keep going, even when life feels unfair. Her smile still lights up the Playhouse. She still cheers for her friends, shows up for programs, and graced the runway at our Gala Fashion Show with confidence, attitude, and joy.

Cancer is not fair. But Amelia continues to remind us that strength isn’t just quiet endurance — sometimes it’s laughter through tears, a little sass in the face of sadness, and a heart that refuses to stop loving.
