Best of All: The Helping Hearts of Pam and Marissa

At GiGi’s Playhouse Canton, we are constantly inspired by the kindness, energy, and leadership of our participants. This month, we’re excited to celebrate not just one, but two incredible Best of All honorees: Pam and Marissa! These two women have been part of our Playhouse family for years, and their presence has left a lasting mark on everyone who walks through our doors.

In our GiGi’s Kitchen Adult classes, Pam and Marissa shine in unique but equally important ways. Pam is a pro at gathering supplies and prepping the kitchen for each recipe. She makes sure everything is organized and ready to go, setting the stage for a smooth and successful class. Marissa, on the other hand, is our go-to for mixing ingredients and placing food in the oven. She brings energy to the kitchen and never hesitates to volunteer for new tasks. Together, they make the cooking experience smoother, more fun, and always filled with encouragement.

What makes Pam and Marissa even more special is how they care for their friends. Whenever a new participant joins GiGi’s Kitchen, they are the first to offer a warm welcome. They happily share helpful tips about how the program works, making sure no one feels lost or left out. Their kindness ensures that every participant feels like part of the family right away. With Pam and Marissa around, no one is ever alone; they are always looking out for others and leading by example.

Their dedication and positivity truly help transform the Playhouse into more than just a program space, it feels like home. Whether it’s lending a hand, offering words of encouragement, or simply brightening the room with a smile, Pam and Marissa embody the spirit of GiGi’s: acceptance, support, and celebration of every individual’s Best of All.
