Let’s Dance! Pop Up (7-13 years)<\/strong><\/span> Join an uplifting morning social activity with peers from the Girl Scouts while having a fun dance party get together! Learn some follow-along choreography for \u201cCan\u2019t Stop the Feeling\u201d from Trolls, and \u201cHappy\u201d by Pharrell Williams. Enjoy some \u201cfreestyle\u201d dance time when everyone can dance together doing their own moves to \u201cCall me Maybe\u201d. This will be a Dance party to talk about over Thanksgiving turkey! Thanks Girl Scout Troop #359!<\/p>\n

Kids Club (8-12 years)<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>This program is designed to support the development of social skills and language through peer to peer interaction in a casual and fun setting! Kids Club supports gross motor skills through active games, fine motor and self- help skills through various activities.<\/p>\n

RSVP for Saturday, Nov. 2, 11:30-12:45pm The theme for this program is:<\/span> “Light’en Up<\/span>!”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yoga (8-15 years) <\/strong><\/span>To help your child develop healthy habits for a lifetime of wellness and happiness. Yoga gives children a practice and routine that integrates physical, mental and emotional development. Yoga program will help your child develop more personal awareness and learn specific strategies to maintain focus and manage their emotions and impulses. Relax, breathe and practice some basic poses with our awesome GiGi Leader, Maureen! We provide the mat. Wear comfortable clothes.<\/p>\n

Teen Tastic (13-18 years)\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong>Teen Tastic\u00a0 is an interactive and engaging program for teens ages 13 through 18. This program is for teenagers with Down syndrome and those without Down syndrome. We support the development of social skills, fine motor skills, self-help skills, and language through peer to peer interaction in a casual and fun setting. This program may also support gross motor skills through active games.<\/p>\n

\"\"GiGi Tech (Ages 16+)\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong>This class is for participants ages 16+ years to gain computer skills working on touch screen Chrome Books. The class may cover internet safety, resume building, slide shows, event planning and useful online skills. The class will be led by an Anne Arundel County School Teacher who teaches tech in the classroom. This program runs for nine weeks, we are asking participants to commit to the entire 9-week session.<\/p>\n

Fantastic Friends (Adults 18+)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"Fantastic Friends Program\u00a0 <\/strong><\/span>Our Fantastic Friends program supports the development of social skills and language through peer to peer interaction in a casual fun setting. Adult participants participate in the planning of activities so that group activities are based on personal interests. During Fantastic Friends, the group may participate in active games, dancing or exploring their local community by participating in outings and events.\u00a0 We recommend Fantastic Friends for ages 18 years and older.<\/div>\n
