Tuesday evening PiYo continues! We have again added additional dates for Fantastic Friends PiYo! Ms. Janet volunteered to continue to lead the group in a low-impact workout that strengthens and sculpts the body, and enhances flexibility, balance, stability, and body awareness. Please RSVP below, as it will be first come, first serve. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle! Keeping fit together is fun!
