Best of All: Libby

People with IDD are leaders and athletes! Libby went on a working cruise as part of the Special Olympics Athlete Leadership team this month and, while in port at Nassau, the team went to Stapleton School, a school for people with IDD. Libby and the other athletes played 4 games of bocce with their fellow Special Olympians there. While on board the ship, Libby attended classes as an athlete leader and participated in countless group activities. Throughout the entire experience, she conducted herself as a true leader and demonstrated excellent sportsmanship.
