Virtual GiGi’s Kitchen (Ages 13+) 6pm-7:30pm *Grilled Cheese, salad & Pudding

Learn how to follow a recipe, cook a meal, and follow food safety procedures.

A Parent/guardian must be present in the Playhouse during the entire program. If we have enough volunteers we would be happy to pair our participants up with volunteers one-on-one. If we do not have enough volunteers; 1 parent/guardian must work with their loved one. 

Materials needed: 

** pudding m- we will make this first so it can set while we prepare the rest of our meal

-1 small box instant pudding (flavor is your choice) milk – see back of pudding box for quantity Large bowl to mix in Whisk or fork to mix with spoon to eat with

-Salad _ all ingredients should be washed before we start

lettuce of your choice – lets cut up lettuce as there have been lots of problems with bagged salad anything else you like in your salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, other toppings salad dressing bowl to put your salad in Fork to eat with

-Grill cheese sandwich

Pan or griddle to cook sandwich on

2 slices of bread for each sandwich

soft butter or margarine

cheese or cheeses  of your choice

Your favorite additional toppings – tomatoes, pickles, bacon, ham or any other favorites (if bacon please have it cooked ahead) Plate to put your hot sandwich on.
