DANCE Program

Join our DANCE Program! You’ll be sure to have a great time and learn some new moves!

The recommended age for this program is 13 and older. This program is lead by a talented gymnast and a former cheerleader who has all the moves…Abby!!!

Abby comes in monthly with a popular song for the participants to learn step-by-step dance routines which they all love. When staff asked Abby why she leads this program this was her response:

“I volunteer because it continuously teaches me something new about people, about compassion, and about myself. In leading the DANCE program, I am reminded that we are all in this together—learning, dancing, laughing, and having fun! I love being able to support these teens and adults no matter our differences. Life has so much to offer if we remember to look beyond ourselves and help others!”

Abby is still seeking a co-leader to assist her with this program. Please let the Playhouse know if you are interested in helping her come up with new dance routines for our program.

Thank you Abby for bringing this program to our Playhouse. Our families enjoy it so much!
