I walked with Tim to McDonald’s on the first day of GiGi Prep (he forgot his lunch.) He walked up to the cash register and proudly said, “I would like a number 2 with a tea.” The employee told him it would cost $8.20 so Tim took the money out of his wallet and placed the money in my hands. He took out the 5 dollar bill and said “5” then proceeded to count the singles…”6, 7, 8, 9,” and then kept his hand out for his change. I wasn’t sure what to expect and I was super excited that he had counted the money so well AND that the McDonald’s employee was very pleasant and treated Tim with great respect. It was an awesome experience!!!
