Friends, Fun and Fitness

Get your 2018 fitness goals started out right with GiGi’s Playhouse and Crossfit OC3 Gym and HyVee! Our friends get together for physical activity and a healthy eating tips, tailored just for teens and adults! Our group of friends is growing and we want you to join us! Friends, Fun & Fitness is provided in cooperation with Crossfit OC3, HyVee and a grant provided by the Scott County Regional Development Authority. Participants will be provided towel, workout bag, fitness journal, water bottle and t-shirt. Registration is required for this program. Recommended for ages 13 and older.

February 16 at CrossFit OC3
March 2nd at HyVee John Deere Road
